Third time using the service and still as impeccable. Website could do an upgrade and also to advise how long the driver would wait as the queue for immigration is beyond the customer’s control. The last thing a customer would want is to worry about whether the driver will be waiting beyond the stipulated time or not. Just my two cents worth!

I am very happy with the service, everything went smoothly. It is great that the information of driver arrives before departure, but it would be even better if the booking confirmation email informed that that email would come, in my case I had to call the company to find that out (Which was not a problem because the person who answers the phone is very helpful and friendly).
